BB Luxury Hair – Company Policy
ALL SALES ARE FINAL
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.
ORDER PROCESSING
• On-hand orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
• Pre-order items require 7–14 business days for processing (excluding weekends & holidays).
PICKUP & DELIVERY
• Pickup is available by appointment or during posted pickup hours.
• Clients must bring valid ID and order confirmation.
• Once an order is released to Uber, courier, or shipping service, BB Luxury Hair is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage.
PRODUCT INFORMATION
• All wigs are 100% human hair.
• On-hand wigs are available in medium cap sizes only.
• Pre-orders are available in small, medium, and large cap sizes.
• Lengths, textures, and colors may vary slightly as each unit is unique.
CUSTOM & PRE-ORDERS
• All custom and pre-order units are made specifically for each client and cannot be canceled or modified once placed.
MAINTENANCE & CARE
• Proper care is required to maintain the quality and longevity of your hair.
• BB Luxury Hair is not responsible for damage caused by improper maintenance, coloring, chemical processing, or heat misuse.
CHARGEBACKS & FRAUD
• Any fraudulent activity or unauthorized chargebacks will result in permanent refusal of service.
POLICY AGREEMENT
By placing an order with BB Luxury Hair, you agree to all policies listed above.
